ITO ‘s Director – Paula Díaz – is a Social & Labor Psychologist from the Universidad Católica del Uruguay, and has a Master’s of Science degree in Organizational Development from Johns Hopkins University, Carey School of Business, in the United States.
She has more than 10 years of experience working in Human Resources and Organizational Development in the private sector, non-profit sector and in international organizations, in the United States and in Uruguay.
